Booking & Payment Terms
Booking Confirmation: 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is payable at check-in.
Short Stays (Less than 1 week): Full payment is required in advance.
Long-Term Stays (More than 1 month): Monthly rent must be paid on or before the 1st of each month. Additional charges and utility bills are settled monthly.
Additional Services: Charges for food, laundry, taxi services, or add-ons must be cleared at check-out.
Cancellation Policy (For Stays Less Than 1 Month)
5 days or more before check-in: No cancellation charges
2 to 5 days before check-in: Cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay
Less than 2 days before check-in: Cancellation fee equivalent to two nights’ stay
Booking Modifications
Guests must inform the property at least 5 days prior to check-in for any booking changes.
All modifications are subject to availability and management confirmation.

ID Requirement: As per Government regulations, two valid government-issued photo ID cards per guest are mandatory at check-in.
